Rais In Kids is a children’s gym, aimed at children from 0 to 9 years old so that children can play, enjoy and enhance their abilities during the different stages of growth because only from joy can one reach full physical, psychological and social development.

It is a safe place for children to play and interact with other children, as well as spend quality time with their parents.

In Rais In Kids there are activities in which babies from 0 to 3 years old can participate with their parents or children alone, accompanied by a monitor, in groups for children from 1 year old.

Babies from 0 to 3 years old

In the groups for babies from 0 to 3 years, moms or dads accompany their children during the activities, so that they can share quality time with them and interact with other adults in their same life stage.

The baby stimulation room is adapted for the continuous development that children live from birth and has different materials that the baby may need.

If they also have another child, the parents can be with the baby, while the older child plays in the next classroom, or they can all stay together in the same room.

Children from 1 to 3 years old

In groups of 1 to 3 years, children go to class without their parents, but always remain accompanied by a monitor. Children’s gym will help you recognize your body and strengthen it. Its autonomy and motor and social skills will be enhanced. It’s advantages:

Awareness of one’s own body

Orientation body space.

Adaptation to the outside world.

Development of the rhythm.

It promotes movement, flexibility, and strength.

Children from 3 to 9 years old – Spontaneous play

According to Piaget: “The child has to learn by himself and will develop at his own pace; Therefore, what we must do is to favor a space, a material and a time so that from the free and spontaneous game it can connect with his desire and motivation and from there go out into the world “.

Before the children arrive, the monitor prepares the room with materials that will change each session: climbing area, foam blocks, balls, stilts, trampoline, mats, balance bars, and so on. The meetings begin with a warm-up, a dance or a game that helps them to disinhibit, and it can be done individually, in pairs or a group circle.

Afterward, the children are left to play freely with the material. The monitor observes but does not participate in the game, since the objective of the activity is to let them be, that they can take out everything they have inside, express, create, dream. All in a safe, controlled and accompanied way.

The sessions end with a return to calm, a few minutes of relaxation to acquire standard heart rate, respiratory control.

Guided sessions

Children from 3 to 9 years old can and should strengthen their muscular system since they are in a stage of development and exercise increases mental performance.

Different aspects will be worked on in each session : displacements, turns, jumps, global coordination, static and dynamic equilibrium, temporal space relation, rhythms, sensory stimulation, etc. Adapting, always, the exercises to the age and personal development of each child.
